In light of District Administration, Doda Order No: ACR/D/COOP/Election/2024-25/ERO.D/01-09, dated 03-10-2024, and after following due election procedure, the results of the election for the Managing Body of the “Government Employees Co-Operative House Building Society Ltd. Doda” were declared by the designated Returning Officer, Ist Class Magistrate/Tehsildar, Doda, Dr. Subuh Ahmed Shad, on the 21st. of October 2024.
This was done in the presence of the Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies (Agri.), Mr. Vishal Deep Chandan, the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies, Doda Mr. Naveed Iqbal Malik, Mr. Yash Pal (DGM, Projects) representative from J&K Co-operative Housing Corporation Ltd. and all five elected members of the society.
Simultaneously, a resolution was passed by the elected members to constitute a Managing Body. Mr. Joginder Sharma (Retd. FA/CAO) was unanimously nominated as Chairman, Mr. Shami Kumar (Retd. DAO) as Vice Chairman, Mr. Narinder Kumar as Secretary. Mr. Rajesh Kumar and Mr. Yasir Farid were also elected as members of the Managing Body of the “Government Employees Co-Operative House Building Society Ltd. Doda” to manage the further affairs of the Society.
